If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 3 weeks in advance to receive a 100% refund.

If the cruise ship is unable to dock at the island, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or total payment. Payment processing fees and any third-party charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded by the company.
